Never a Dull Moment

Well, for starters I want to say Congratulations to Carrie on her sweet baby girl, Marley Wrenn Whitlock, born on March 26th! She's beautiful and I'm so glad everybody is okay.
Happy Easter everyone! We were so happy to have my parents in town for the holiday. They have been such a huge help watching Sydney so that we can get some stuff done before #2 arrives. We had a great Easter despite Syd being sick with a cold. We still went to church and (not that this was the total reason) Sydney got to wear her little dress, complete with matching purse. She was quite proud and pretty much strutted around like she was the stuff. The Easter egg hunt was so fun. We had much more success with it than last year. She loved finding the eggs. Granted her treat inside was animal crackers and some strawberries but it made her happy. We'll save the Peeps for another year.

We are going on another little getaway this weekend up to Cambria. Gotta go see the elephant seals. We're keeping very busy and anticipating the new kid. No idea on if it's a boy or girl. Apparently my doctor doesn't even know. Healthy is all we care about at this point. Thank you Lord for my family!!

Hey:-) Thanks for the honorable mention! Marley is so sweet I am in heaven (except for all the recovery pains!!) Let's chat soon! Sydney looks so precious in her dress! Jayne (my brother's 2 yr old) had a funny time finding eggs this year...they had to point them all out. Love You! Carrie

Congratulations Carrie!!! I can't wait to hear about everything. Too bad the pain doesn't stop with the delivery. I hope you're getting some sleep. Give little Marley big kisses from her Auntie Laura!

What a little cutie. That's cool putting animal crackers in her eggs. I admire you for the way you are taking care of her. Does she have curly hair? Some of the pictures looked like it--or did you curl it.

I love you. Aunt Beryl

I didn't curl it so anything you see is au naturale. Thank you so much for the Easter dress. It was a big hit. She was so excited to twirl in it. She felt very pretty.
