We did however receive over 500 inches at Wolf Creek Pass this year. Tom said that skiing on the powder was getting old and that he longed for the groomed ice of Southern Cal (yeah sure Tom). Here is a shot of Tom and Sydney outside our back door. It kind of gives you the idea of our major snow.

We have been able to get out a bit. Snow shoeing is what we love to do. Going out into the forest is so peaceful on crisp mornings. Tom has to make sure Laura keeps her bearings. A friend lost her way a few weeks back for 12 hours. Rescue teams found her around midnight, temps were down below zero. She only lost a few toes (kidding) she's fine.

Here's The Cutest Wife in Pagosa!
The boy is getting hardcore on the sled run. Our church does it right and we make runs with burms that will keep even the largest on track. So T was right at home.

The Ministry
Here's Tom doing "ministry" as he calls it. He's the one with the goggles on midway back with Sydney in blue. Go Pastor Tom!

Speaking of ministry, things are happening big. We had a wonderful gathering of new families to the house. Families, food, fun and fellowship. God is opening doors.

We opened the doors of the new church building on March 7th. We choose that special date because it was Laura's birthday (she is still waiting for your cards and gifts).

Our Focus is "taking the people from in here to the poeple out there." Our people are beginning to be more proactive in reaching out to those who need Christ and want certainty in these uncertain times.
